Junior Executive/Executive - Accounts

Apple Gadgets is looking for a Junior Executive/Executive to join our Accounts & Finance Department.

JOB DETAILS:

Job Location: Panthapath (HQ)
Salary up to: 30,000 BDT
Employment Status: Full-time
Experience: At least 2 years of relevant professional experience. Also, freshers can apply. Previous experience in a relevant accounting or finance role is required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
2. Prepare cash flow statements on a monthly and annual basis.
3. Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records.
4. Verify the recording of transactions in Tally Prime.
5. Prepare monthly reconciliation statements for sales, purchases, cash, and accounts receivable.
6. Prepare daily outlet-wise sales reports.
7. Maintain petty cash and monitor company credit card transactions.
8. Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure all required documentation is provided.

QUALIFICATIONS: BBA and MBA in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Completion of a CA course from a reputed audit firm is preferred.
• Experience in internal auditing, preferably in a manufacturing or retail environment, will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of auditing principles, practices, and techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Tally Prime.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
