Experience Requirements:

Hand on experience min 3 to 5 years in Talent Acquisition.

 

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead recruitment efforts, including crafting job descriptions, advertisements, applicant shortlisting, interviewing and candidate selection.
2. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
3. Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings of candidates.
4. Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
5. Design and conduct engaging new employee orientation programs, ensuring a smooth transition for newcomers.
6. Assist in daily HR operations activities.
7. HRIS processes, leaves, attendance, salary sheet prepared, allowance calculation & report etc.
8. Ensure ID card, Employee File, any kind of employee documents for the employees and update HR documents in an efficiently, timely, orderly and confidential manner.
9. Prepare different drafts, reports, HR letters, notice as directed by the Reporting Person
10. Ensure a smooth off boarding process to the exit employee on time - handover, clearance, exit interview and so on.
11. Undertake other assigned tasks as required by the Reporting Person.

 Additional Requirements:

• Proven experience as HR position
• Proficient in MS Office, G-suit
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
• Strong ethics and reliability
• Must have effective in communication, analytical ability, problem solving and decision making, and interpersonal skill.

Educational Requirements:

BBA/MBA from any reputed institution (HR major preferable)
